Plasma Rifle

Plasma Rifle that accelerates concentrated slugs of plasma at high speeds. Smart scope integration. Doesn't use traditional 'magazines' and instead relies on a replaceable battery - meaning reloading (or in this case the battery being depleted) still functions the same as ballistic weaponry.
